The Director of Sales is responsible for developing strategic sales initiatives to drive revenue growth and expand market share within the builder channel. They will lead contract negotiations, manage executive-level builder relationships, and oversee cross-functional teams to ensure operational alignment.
Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree and at least 12 years of sales leadership experience within the building products or construction industry. Strong financial acumen and a proven track record of managing national or regional builder accounts are required.
