Drive sales through client engagement and product knowledge while educating customers on sustainable luxury fashion. Maintain store standards and perform daily outreach to existing customers to increase retail traffic.
Requires at least one year of retail sales experience and a proven ability to excel in a metrics-based environment. Proficiency with Google Suite, Salesforce, and Mac iOS is preferred.
Drive sales through client engagement, suggestive selling, and sharing product knowledge
Provide a high level of service while navigating multiple customer journeys simultaneously
Educate clients on The RealReal’s mission of sustainable fashion and business structure
Build brand loyalty by delivering a best in class customer experience
Outreach daily to existing customers to drive traffic into your retail store
Assist with opening and closing procedures
Support store daily tasks, such as replenishing supplies, replenishing merchandise and maintaining brand standards
Other duties as assigned
1+ year of experience working in retail sales
A positive, friendly demeanor with the ability to represent the TRR brand with integrity and professionalism at all times
Genuine passion and enthusiasm for the customer experience
Proven ability to excel in a metrics-based sales environment
