The Ambassador engages, equips, and empowers coaches and athletes through spiritual leadership, discipleship, and ministry events. They are also responsible for recruiting and developing volunteers and supporting donor advancement efforts.
Candidates must agree with and abide by the FCA Christian Community Statement and maintain a consistent spiritual rhythm of prayer and Bible study. The role requires a commitment to biblical standards of conduct and active involvement in a local church.

In the FCA Sports Environment(s), the Ambassador implements a consistent approach to discipleship -- making disciples who make disciples. The Ambassador is accountable for ensuring that the FCA ministry is conducted according to biblical standards and adheres to FCA policies and procedures.

These responsibilities are critical to the FCA mission and this position plays a vital role in our ministry. FCA expects all functions and responsibilities outlined below to be carried out with a heart surrendered to serving God as a form of worship.

This requisition if for 3 Ambassadors in the Colorado Springs area. One will be focused in the Harrison School District 2 area, the second will be working with our Southern Colorado FCA Boxing Club, and the third will be working with our Southern Colorado FCA Sports League ministry initiative.
