The Coordinator maintains an active caseload of individuals referred for START services, providing systemic consultation, assessments, and crisis intervention planning. They also conduct regular outreach visits, maintain accurate documentation, and collaborate with community partners and clinical teams.
Candidates must hold at least a bachelor's degree in a human services field and have a minimum of two years of experience working with the I/DD population or behavioral health needs. The role requires the ability to travel regularly, provide on-call crisis support, and complete START Coordinator certification within 12 months.

Pay rate: $80,000 annually
