Key Responsibilities
HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle: Oversee employee lifecycle processes, maintain HR records and documentation, administer policies, and continuously improve HR processes and service delivery.
Talent Acquisition & Onboarding: Lead recruitment activities for designated roles, partner with hiring managers, coordinate onboarding programs, and deliver new hire orientation sessions.
Learning, Development & Performance: Support learning and development programs, administer the LMS, develop training materials, and coordinate performance management initiatives.
Internal Communications & Employee Experience: Manage internal communications processes, maintain communication channels, support employee engagement initiatives, and coordinate Inclusion & Belonging programs and campaigns.
Employee Relations, Reporting & Compliance: Provide HR guidance to employees and leaders, support employee relations matters, maintain HRIS data integrity, produce workforce analytics, and support compliance activities.
Projects & Continuous Improvement: Lead and participate in HR projects, implement process improvements, leverage technology solutions, and support strategic HR initiatives.
What You Bring to the Table
3-6 years of progressive Human Resources experience supporting multiple HR disciplines.
Demonstrated experience in talent acquisition, employee experience, learning and development, employee relations, HR operations, and internal communications.
Undergraduate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, Organizational Development, or a related discipline.
CHRP designation completed or in progress is considered an asset.
Strong communication, facilitation, stakeholder management, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Experience with HRIS, Learning Management Systems, SharePoint, and Microsoft Office applications, including advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
Working knowledge of employment legislation, HR best practices, and compliance requirements.
Passion for delivering exceptional employee experiences while contributing to a collaborative and inclusive workplace culture.
