The Office Engineer supports construction administration and project coordination for major transportation infrastructure programs. Key duties include managing project documentation, tracking RFIs and submittals, and facilitating communication between field personnel and agency stakeholders.
Candidates should have a bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field and at least 5 years of experience in heavy civil or transportation infrastructure. Prior experience supporting large public transportation agencies like PANYNJ, MTA, or Amtrak is required.

This role will serve as a key member of the project team, supporting project controls, document management, field coordination, and construction administration efforts throughout project execution.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in fast-paced environments that require coordination between contractors, engineers, inspectors, project managers, and agency stakeholders.
This position will be based in our New York City office and will support activities associated with active construction operations throughout the project area.
