We are looking for an experienced and inspiring IT CRM D2C Senior Manager to lead Salomon's CRM technology ecosystem and shape the future of our consumer engagement capabilities.

You will build and lead a team responsible for the delivery, evolution, and operational excellence of Salomon's Consumer Data Cloud and Consumer Engagement platforms. Acting as the primary technology partner for CRM, Loyalty, and Marketing teams, you will combine people leadership, technology strategy, and business partnership to enable more personalized, data-driven consumer experiences worldwide.

Your Main Missions

Lead the IT CRM D2C Organization

• Build, lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of approximately 7 professionals.
• Foster a culture of ownership, collaboration, continuous learning, and innovation.
• Support the team's growth while strengthening technical and business capabilities.

Deliver & Operate CRM Platforms

• Lead the successful delivery and stabilization of the Braze Consumer Engagement platform.
• Ensure operational excellence across CRM and Consumer Data platforms through robust governance, SLAs, monitoring, and incident management.
• Continuously improve platform reliability, scalability, and performance.

Partner with Business Teams

• Act as the trusted technology partner for CRM, Loyalty, Consumer Engagement, and Marketing stakeholders.
• Translate business priorities into technology roadmaps and actionable delivery plans.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Digital, Data, and Commercial teams to maximize business value.

Strengthen Consumer Data & Personalization

• Build the data foundations required to enable segmentation, personalization, and consumer insights.
• Collaborate with Data and Marketing teams to improve measurement capabilities and campaign effectiveness.
• Support the evolution toward increasingly data-driven consumer engagement strategies.

Drive AI Innovation

• Identify and prioritize AI use cases supporting CRM and consumer engagement.
• Partner with AI teams to accelerate personalization, campaign optimization, predictive analytics, and consumer intelligence initiatives.
• Promote AI adoption within the team and embed it into everyday ways of working.

Own the CRM Technology Strategy

• Define and execute the long-term CRM technology roadmap.
• Manage vendor relationships and technology partners.
• Own the IT CRM D2C budget, ensuring investment decisions support business priorities and long-term platform evolution.

Nous recherchons un(e) IT CRM D2C Senior Manager pour piloter la stratégie technologique CRM de Salomon et accompagner le développement de notre relation directe avec les consommateurs.

Vous prendrez la responsabilité d'une équipe dédiée aux plateformes CRM et Consumer Data. Véritable partenaire des équipes Marketing, CRM et Digital, vous contribuerez à construire les fondations technologiques permettant de proposer des expériences toujours plus personnalisées et performantes.

Vos principales missions :

• Manager, développer et accompagner une équipe d'une dizaine de collaborateurs.
• Piloter le déploiement et l'exploitation des plateformes CRM, notamment Braze.
• Garantir la qualité de service, la disponibilité et la performance des plateformes.
• Définir la feuille de route technologique CRM en lien avec les équipes métiers.
• Développer les capacités de segmentation, de personnalisation et d'analyse des données consommateurs.
• Identifier et déployer des cas d'usage IA appliqués au CRM et à l'engagement client.
• Gérer les partenaires, les fournisseurs et le budget de l'activité.
• Assurer un rôle de partenaire stratégique auprès des équipes CRM, Marketing, Loyalty et Digital.

What We're Looking For

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience leading CRM, Customer Data Platform (CDP), Marketing Technology, or Digital Technology teams.
• Proven experience managing and developing high-performing teams.
• Strong expertise in CRM technologies such as Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Campaign, or similar platforms.
• Solid understanding of first-party data ecosystems, customer identity, consent management, GDPR, and personalization strategies.
• Experience building technology roadmaps and managing strategic vendor partnerships.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to translate commercial needs into technology solutions.
• Experience leading complex cross-functional digital transformation initiatives.
• Passion for AI and practical experience integrating AI into business processes and team workflows.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent English & Intermediate French required.

Profil recherché

• Bac +5 en informatique, systèmes d'information ou domaine équivalent.
• Plus de 8 ans d'expérience dans les technologies CRM, CDP ou Marketing Technology.
• Expérience confirmée en management et développement d'équipes.
• Maîtrise des plateformes CRM telles que Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Campaign ou équivalent.
• Bonne connaissance des environnements Consumer Data, de la gestion des identités, du consentement et du RGPD.
• Expérience dans la définition de roadmaps technologiques et le pilotage de partenaires.
• Forte orientation business et capacité à collaborer avec les équipes Marketing et Commerciales.
• Expérience dans des projets de transformation digitale internationaux.
• Appétence forte pour les technologies IA et leur adoption au sein des équipes.
• Excellentes capacités de communication et d'influence.
• Anglais courant indispensable ; français intermédiaire.
