Lead the Right of Way strategy for utility projects, managing the acquisition of easements and property rights to ensure infrastructure delivery. Oversee a team of employees and contractors while managing portfolio risks, stakeholder relationships, and regulatory compliance.
Requires at least seven years of experience in utility right of way or land management, including three years of leadership experience. A bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred, along with strong knowledge of New York State utility regulatory processes.

The Right of Way team supports the safe, reliable, and timely delivery of utility infrastructure by securing and maintaining the property rights required for construction, operations, maintenance, and long-term asset protection.
