The Lead Technician oversees maintenance staff and ensures the physical structure and equipment of the club are in good working order. Responsibilities include performing electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and general facility repairs and preventative maintenance.
Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED and 3-5 years of experience in commercial building maintenance. A valid driver's license is required, and certifications in trades or CPR/AED/First Aid are preferred.
