Position Description: Manage
production and analysis of company-wide monthly and quarterly reports, develop
financial models for profit planning, supporting external audit, and lead ad
hoc analyses and studies.
Essential Duties & Key Responsibilities: Create supportive environment to develop high performing finance team, provide training opportunities and engage in coaching and mentoring relationships. Lead analysts and other related team members, provide timely performance feedback and contribute to performance appraisals during annual
performance cycle, utilizing talent management systems. Develop and deliver training to educate staff members regarding related department processes. Take leading role in streamlining and improving department processes. Lead quarterly and monthly financial reporting, forecasting, and analysis including backlog, sales, earnings, cash, write downs, claims, risks and reserves, and provisions, while ensuring continuous improvement of financial reporting to meet evolving business needs. Develop and prepare complex special studies and ad-hoc financial analysis by leveraging capabilities of financial enterprise system. Play lead role in annual profit planning process including development of calendar, analysis of economic indicators for construction market, consolidation and analysis of business unit financial data, development of financial models to assess potential risks and chances, produce presentation, and coordination and participation of review meetings. Recommend improvements to processes. Support annual external audit including daily communication with auditor, provide assistance and explanations as required, and yearly analysis of risk provisions. Manage risk management reporting to parent company, include risk memo and claims report. Prepare presentation materials for CEO and CFO. Other activities, duties, and responsibilities as assigned.
