The Property Manager provides leadership and direction for the daily operations of the apartment community. Responsibilities include managing the on-site team, ensuring accurate reporting, and maintaining high resident retention and leasing standards.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent and a valid driver's license. A minimum of two years of apartment management experience is required.
