The Maintenance Technician II is responsible for performing essential maintenance tasks including appliance, plumbing, and electrical repairs across the apartment community. They also assist the Maintenance Supervisor in managing maintenance programs and ensuring service requests are completed in a timely manner.
Candidates must have at least one year of apartment maintenance experience and hold an A/C Certification Type II or Universal. A valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and the ability to work a flexible on-call schedule are also required.
