The Leasing Consultant implements leasing and marketing programs to promote the apartment community and attract new residents. Key duties include conducting tours, processing lease applications, and managing resident retention programs.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent and a valid driver's license. Experience in customer service or sales is required along with excellent communication skills.
