The Resident Assistant provides daily living support to residents, including grooming, bathing, and monitoring vital signs. They are also responsible for transporting residents within the community and responding to emergency calls or environmental hazards.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent and meet all state educational requirements for the position. CPR certification and experience working with the elderly population are preferred.
