The Leasing Consultant implements leasing and marketing programs to promote the apartment community and assist with resident retention. Daily tasks include touring the community, processing lease applications, and collecting rental payments.
Candidates need a high school diploma, a valid driver's license, and experience in customer service or sales. Tax Credit experience is preferred along with excellent communication skills.
