The Leasing Consultant implements leasing and marketing programs to promote the apartment community and assist with resident retention. Daily tasks include touring future residents, processing lease applications, and collecting rental payments.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent and a valid driver's license. Experience in customer service or sales is required along with excellent communication skills.
