The Maintenance Supervisor manages the overall preservation of the community by directing maintenance staff and overseeing team performance. They are responsible for hands-on maintenance, inventory ordering, and collaborating with the Property Manager on budget expenditures.
Candidates must have five years of apartment management and supervisor experience along with a Type II A/C or Universal Certification. A high school diploma or equivalent and a valid driver's license are also required.
