Perform various maintenance duties including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC repairs for the apartment community. Assist the Service Manager in managing overall maintenance programs and completing resident service requests efficiently.
Requires at least one year of apartment maintenance experience and a valid driver's license. Must hold an A/C Certification Type II or Universal and be available for a flexible on-call schedule.
