The role is responsible for building, maintaining, and optimizing RentCafe property websites for a multifamily portfolio. It involves managing SEO initiatives and coordinating with IT and Yardi systems teams to ensure seamless website functionality and lead generation.
Candidates need 2-4+ years of experience in digital marketing or web development, specifically with RentCafe and HTML/CSS. Proficiency in SEO fundamentals and experience with Yardi ecosystem integrations are strongly preferred.
Location: The Digital Marketing Specialist will support our national portfolio and will work a hybrid schedule based out of our Tampa Support Center. The hybrid work schedule is 3-days working in the office, and 2-days working remotely from your home. The hours for the position are 8:30am-5:30pm, Monday through Friday.
The Digital Marketing Specialist plays a critical role in supporting the digital foundation of our multifamily portfolio. This position is responsible for building, maintaining, and optimizing RentCafe property websites, supporting portfolio-wide SEO initiatives, and partnering closely with IT and Yardi systems teams to ensure seamless website functionality, integration, and performance.
This role requires both technical proficiency and strategic understanding balancing hands-on website development with a strong grasp of SEO best practices, domain management, and platform integrations that drive lead generation and leasing performance.
