Perform daily repairs, upkeep, and preventative maintenance for a 431-unit residential community. Manage service requests and prepare vacant units for occupancy while ensuring compliance with OSHA and Clean Air Act standards.
Requires a high school diploma or GED and at least two years of multi-family maintenance experience. Must possess a valid driver's license and an EPA Section 608 Type I & II or Universal certification.

Position: Maintenance Technician 1
Location: Rippowam Park. Our 431-unit residential community located in Stamford, CT (near downtown/west)!
Schedule: Monday through Friday from 8:00am-5:00pm, weekend on-call/rotation required
