The candidate must hold an engineering degree and possess at least 6 years of experience in fire safety, building technical installations, and energy. Strong organizational skills, rigor in administrative management, and the ability to work both autonomously and in a team are required.

La filiale SOCOTEC Construction & Immobilier accompagne ses clients tout au long du déroulement de leurs projets, depuis la phase de conception, jusqu’à la réception de l’opération, en proposant son expertise en matière de Contrôle Technique visant à sécuriser les projets. Cette mission vise tous les ouvrages de l’opération, mais cible les aléas (solidité, sécurité, accessibilité, confort acoustique…) et est complétée par la réalisation d’attestations diverses (parasismique, acoustique, thermique RE2020..) en lien direct avec les aléas retenus.
Vous rapporterez directement au Directeur d' Activité Contrôle et Vérification Technique Construction & Immobilier basé à Toulouse.
Vous prendrez en charge les missions d’évaluation de conformité et de maîtrise des risques sur les aspects techniques et règlementaires de projets de construction.
Vous serez garant du suivi financier de vos missions et participerez au développement commercial de l’agence.
Vous interviendrez principalement sur les départements de Midi-Pyrénées .
Vos missions quotidiennes s’articuleront autour 3 grandes parties.
Réalisation technique des missions :
Intervention comme généraliste de la conception d’un projet immobilier à sa livraison afin de garantir la maîtrise des risques liés à la solidité des ouvrages et à la sécurité des personnes sur diverses typologies (ERP, code du travail, résidentiel…).
Une expertise confirmée dans les domaines de la thermique, du désenfumage et des installations CVC serait un plus.
Maîtrise des risques :
Vous bénéficiez d'un salaire fixe Annuel Brut de 45 000 € à 55 000 € (selon profil).
A cela s’ajoute une prime liée au développement commercial de l’agence, plafonnée à 2 mois de Salaire sur l’année.
Vous possédez une formation d'ingénieur avec une expérience d'au moins 6 ans dans le domaine de la sécurité incendie, des installations techniques du bâtiment et de l’énergie.
Vous avez une très bonne organisation, êtes rigoureux dans la gestion et le suivi administratif de vos missions. Vous êtes autonome tout en ayant une très bonne capacité à travailler en équipe, un goût pour la relation humaine et la relation client.
