Rattaché à Serge directeur de l'agence de notre agence d'Albi, vous avez notamment pour missions de :
- Réaliser des prestations techniques,
- Respecter les objectifs fixés en termes de commerce, de qualité et de chiffre d'affaires,
- Développer l'activité,
- Créer des réseaux avec les clients, Installateurs et constructeurs,
- Développer l'activité sur le site et les départements de votre périmètre,
- Animer le développement commercial et pérenniser la relation avec les clients,
- Suivre les offres commerciales et les contrats pour les clients et prospects,
- Coordonner la production de l'équipe en place et garantir son niveau d'efficacité économique,
- Assurer le management de votre équipe et développer ses compétences,
- réaliser le suivi des indicateurs (planifications, encours et facturation),
- Piloter et animer une équipe.
