The Roll-Off Driver is responsible for safely transporting commercial containers and operating heavy hydraulic equipment across the Durham area. They must also maintain positive customer relationships and perform daily vehicle inspections to ensure operational safety.
Candidates must possess a Class A or B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) and have at least one year of commercial driving experience. A strong commitment to safety and the physical ability to perform job duties are also required.

Safety First: Complete daily pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure your truck is running in top condition.
Problem Solve: Communicate effectively with dispatchers, supervisors, and mechanics to keep routes running smoothly.
Class A or B Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with a clean driving record.
Experience: 1+ years of commercial driving experience or completion of an accredited CDL school program.
Safety Mindset: A proactive commitment to safety, equipment maintenance, and local transit rules.
Physical Capability: Ability to handle physical requirements of the job (lifting, climbing into cabs/containers, working outdoors).
Positive Attitude: Great communication skills and a team-player mindset.
Primary Location: Durham, NC (Local routes, full-time hours, potential for overtime)
