The dishwasher is responsible for cleaning kitchenware, equipment, and maintaining the cleanliness of the kitchen and loading dock areas. They also assist with food preparation and ensure all tasks are completed efficiently in a high-volume environment.
Candidates must be able to operate commercial dishwashing equipment and lift up to 50 lbs. A Food Handlers Certificate is required, and previous kitchen experience is preferred but not mandatory.
