The Land Trust Coordinator manages the day-to-day operations of the land trust, including homeowner education, lease management, and property compliance. They serve as the primary liaison between the Board of Managers, homeowners, and local county assessors.
A bachelor's degree is required, though experience may be substituted, with a strong preference for 4+ years in non-profit housing and 2+ years in property management. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with community outreach are essential.

GENERAL DESCRIPTION
The Land Trust Coordinator (LTC) is responsible for supporting new and existing Pikes Peak Habitat for Humanity Land Trust residents in the land trust. The LTC is responsible for the day-to-day stewardship and operation of the land trust, in collaboration with PPHFH staff working to ensure affordable homeownership is possible for El Paso County.
