Corporate Chaplains of America is seeking a mission-driven Workplace Chaplain to provide confidential employee care, spiritual support, pastoral care, and crisis response services within assigned businesses and organizations.
This role is ideal for individuals with a servant-leadership mindset who are passionate about relational ministry outside traditional church walls. Chaplains serve employees of all backgrounds through caring relationships, emotional support, encouragement, prayer, crisis care, and ongoing workplace presence.
To perform this role successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The qualifications below represent the knowledge, skills, and abilities required. People spend more time at work than anywhere else. But just because they go to work doesn’t mean they’ve left their worries at home. Anxieties crowd out focused work time. Hospital visits create mounting unpaid days off. Illness and death devastate families and burden employees with skyrocketing health care costs. Employees aren’t the only ones who suffer during crisis. Time after time, employers repeat stories of inadequate workplace support programs and feelings of helplessness. Since 1996, Corporate Chaplains of America has been helping employees cope with personal and professional life issues. CCA chaplains build relationships with employees, providing objective, confidential, 24/7 care, spiritual encouragement and crisis support. All relationships are permission-based and completely confidential, so the employee is in charge of how deep and to what extent the relationship will grow. Corporate Chaplains of America (CCA) brings care and compassion to the workplace, where it is needed most, and where it can make a meaningful difference. Because of our boots-on-the-ground approach to ministry, CCA can care for those who need a trusted objective friend and confidant, and those who can’t bear their burdens alone anymore.
