The technician is responsible for operating batching and blending equipment, ensuring product quality, and maintaining sanitation standards in a high-speed beverage production environment. They must also transport ingredients using a forklift and accurately document all production processes according to safety and quality regulations.
Candidates should have a high school certification and 1-2 years of relevant manufacturing experience, with preference given to those familiar with SAP and food safety standards. The role requires the ability to lift 50 lbs, maintain forklift certification, and work in a fast-paced, structured production environment.
