Oversee day-to-day quality operations for production lines, ensuring compliance with food safety, sanitation, and batching systems. Perform chemical and physical analysis on raw materials and finished products to ensure they meet customer specifications.
Requires a high school diploma and preferably 1-3 years of quality experience in a manufacturing environment. Candidates should be familiar with GMP, SQF, and SAP, and be capable of performing precise laboratory testing.

Summary Description:
Reporting to the Quality Supervisor, the Quality Technician is responsible for overseeing day-to-day quality operations for the production lines including the implementation and monitoring of food safety and food quality, sanitation and batching systems to facilitate compliance with company objectives and regulatory requirements.
