The Maintenance Technician IV is responsible for performing preventive and proactive maintenance on industrial production machinery to minimize downtime. They also serve as a subject matter expert for specific equipment and conduct root-cause analysis to resolve mechanical and electrical breakdowns.
Candidates must be skilled in industrial maintenance, including the use of diagnostic tools and predictive maintenance technologies. The role requires adherence to strict food safety, quality standards, and health and safety protocols.
