The Warehouse Lead directs the loading workforce and manages logistics to ensure timely customer deliveries while minimizing costs. They are responsible for maintaining inventory accuracy, overseeing safety compliance, and managing business metrics and budgets.
Candidates must have a high school diploma and at least 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in food or beverage. Certification in forklift operation and proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office are required.
