Join a dedicated Vascular Surgery team where you’ll play a key role in guiding patients through every step of their care journey. As a Patient Care Coordinator, you'll be the connection between patients, providers, and clinical teams—helping ensure seamless scheduling, care coordination, and an exceptional patient experience in a fast-paced specialty clinic environment.
Vascular Surgery offers the opportunity to support patients with complex circulatory conditions while working alongside highly skilled surgeons and multidisciplinary teams committed to delivering compassionate, high-quality care. Works under the general direction of a physician or his/her designee, utilizing communication and management skills to coordinate seamless care delivery for patients in a surgical or non-surgical setting. Will act as a patient advocate to assure the patient's access to health care during their entry into and through the services of the clinic.

Required Qualifications:
1 year Experience in medical/healthcare setting or two years in a customer service role.
Experience providing a high level of customer service in a fast paced environment, including handling confidential data with discretion.
Preferred Qualifications:
Electronic Medical Records (EMR) experience.

Posted are the minimum and the maximum wage rates on the wage range for this position. The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors.
