Requisition Summary
This position oversees daily activities involving the rearrangement, operation, maintenance, and repair of the PACCAR Parts division office in Renton, Washington.
Monday - Friday, 9:00am to 5:30pm
Job Functions / Responsibilities
Perform routine office maintenance
Performs office rearrangement
Resolve emergency repairs and custodial issues
Service Request Maintenance
Support Reception activities
Coordinate repairs and maintenance with contractors
Support AutoCAD updates
Submit purchase requests that support facilities requirements
Other duties as assigned
Skills
Knowledge of general safety practices related to work involving electrical and mechanical tasks in an office environment.
Must possess working knowledge of methods, practices, procedures, materials, and equipment involved in custodial and other facility maintenance work.
Excellent customer service required
Ability to work independently and as a team player, and willing to be flexible as job requirements and work schedules change
AutoCAD experience desired
Qualifications & Skills
High school diploma required (College preferred)
2 Years experience in Facilities Maintenance or similar field desired
AutoCAD proficiency desired
Knowledge of SAP desired
Ability to lift 30 lbs. regularly and up to 70 lbs occasionally
