Responsibilities

The Field Engineer II manages construction personnel and oversees various disciplines including safety and operations. They are granted decision-making authority to ensure project goals are met without performing manual labor.

Requirements

Candidates must have a Bachelor's degree in Construction or Engineering or equivalent experience. A minimum of 2+ years of relevant prior experience in the construction industry is required.

The Field Engineer II has completed at least one year working in the construction industry. He/she will be familiar with a variety of construction disciplines such as Safety, Estimating, Project Management and Operations. The Field Engineer will be given responsibilities and decision-making authority.    He/she will not be required to perform manual labor in this position but will actively and independently manage those who do.

 

Field Engineer II Qualifications:

 

  • Bachelor’s Degree – Construction or Engineering or equivalent experience.
  • 2+ years prior relevant experience.
  • Requires practical knowledge of job area typically obtained through advanced education combined with experience.
