The Health Services Director provides clinical leadership to manage nursing care for Assisted Living and Memory Care residents. Responsibilities include creating care plans, overseeing clinical charting, and ensuring regulatory safety and compliance.
Candidates must hold a valid Registered Nurse license and have at least 3 years of quality care experience, including one year in a leadership role. Experience in geriatric nursing and proficiency with electronic medical records are highly preferred.

The HSD reports directly to the General Manager and collaborates closely with the community Marketing Director and Care Director to ensure best in class experience for the well-being of resident and families. Works closely with the Vice President of Nursing and Care, Regional Nursing Leaders, and Vice Presidents of Operations to ensure alignment of Áegis care expectations
