Requires 5+ years of professional software development in systems languages and experience building developer tools or frameworks. Candidates must have a strong grasp of computer science fundamentals and at least 2 years of experience mentoring junior engineers.

As a Senior Software Engineer I focused on Tools & Frameworks, you are a project technical leader: you lead the technical execution of tooling and framework projects, set quality standards, and guide peers while managing cross-team dependencies. You own full projects or major portions of a multi-engineer project, exercising independent technical judgment across the project lifecycle.
You build deep expertise in the developer - tooling and framework domain — build systems, test and automation frameworks, and developer-facing platforms for embedded software — and begin influencing roadmap and architectural decisions. You coordinate across contributors and navigate ambiguity with minimal supervision, multiplying the productivity of every engineering team that adopts what you build.
Location: Hybrid with 1 virtual day and 4 days in office, Ho Chi Minh City Office
