The APAC Strategic Sourcing Manager oversees regional sourcing initiatives to reduce total cost of ownership and mitigate supply chain risks. They are responsible for driving supplier consolidation, managing category strategies, and fostering collaboration with cross-functional teams and external partners.
Candidates must have at least 5 years of experience in procurement or strategic sourcing with demonstrated expertise in negotiation and ERP systems. A bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, or Business is required for this role.

The APAC Strategic Sourcing Manager plays a key leadership role across the region, overseeing strategic sourcing within a regional/multi-site context. The manager will drive initiatives to reduce total cost of ownership (including achieving favorable purchase price variance), mitigate supply risk, and create long-term value through robust sourcing strategies. Key responsibilities include spend analysis, development of optimal sourcing strategies, execution of competitive bidding and negotiations, and management of supplier contracts and terms.
