Responsible for the day-to-day maintenance and safe operation of company premises in Germany, including mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. Provides on-site support for Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) compliance and manages local contractors.
Requires completed vocational training in a relevant technical trade and at least 3 years of experience in facilities or building services. Must possess a valid German driving license and have a strong understanding of German workplace safety regulations and DGUV standards.

The Facilities Technician is a hands-on role responsible for the day-to day maintenance, safe operation, and compliance of the company’s German facilities. Alongside core facilities duties, this person will act as the local point of contact for Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) matters, supporting the Sr. Facilities, EHS Manager.
The role operates under the direction of local management and in technical coordination with the external occupational safety specialist, helping to ensure that site facilities and EHS activities are delivered effectively and in line with legal and company requirements.
This role is key to ensuring sites in Germany operate safely, efficiently, and in compliance with German and EU legislation, as well as the company’s ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards.
