Set up and operate press brake machines to bend and form metals according to customer specifications and blueprints. Monitor machine performance, perform quality inspections, and maintain equipment to ensure production efficiency and accuracy.
Requires a high school diploma or GED and 6 months to 2 years of experience in press brake operation. Candidates must be able to interpret complex blueprints and perform advanced mathematical calculations related to metal fabrication.

1st Shift: Monday-Friday 7am-3pm
2nd Shift: Monday-Thursday 3pm-1am

SMT is a 200K sq ft. full service sheet metal facility. Our core competencies include, cutting, bending, mig/tig/robotic welding, hardware insertion, powder coating, silkscreen and assembly. Our peacock in the window is our 30k sq ft conveyor powder line, featuring a Nordson ColorMax booth. SMT has been in business for over 50 years. We are ISO certified, woman owned and ITAR registered.
