Oversee daily line maintenance activities to ensure aircraft are safe, airworthy, and compliant with FAA regulations. Lead maintenance technicians and coordinate with Maintenance Control and Flight Operations to maintain operational reliability.
Requires a valid FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) Certificate and at least 3 years of experience with large transport-category aircraft in a Part 121 environment. Must have a minimum of 2 years of supervisory or lead technician experience.

The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily line maintenance activities, ensuring aircraft are maintained in a safe and airworthy condition, and supporting operational reliability. This position works closely with Maintenance Control, Quality Assurance, Flight Operations, and third-party maintenance providers to ensure all maintenance activities are completed in compliance with FAA regulations and company procedures.
The ideal candidate is a strong leader with excellent technical knowledge, sound judgment, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced airline environment.
