Lead the maintenance department by ensuring safety compliance and overseeing the operation and repair of fabrication shop equipment. Manage staff through interviewing, training, and performance reviews while acting as a technical resource for problem resolution.
Requires 2-5 years of supervisory experience in shop maintenance and a high school diploma or GED. Proficiency in operating fabrication machinery and material handling equipment is necessary, with technical troubleshooting skills preferred.
This is a working supervisor role that will assist the maintenance department as well as lead.
