Lead the overall homebuilding construction process to ensure homes are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality and safety standards. Requires a High School Diploma/GED with at least 1 year of construction experience, though a Bachelor's degree in Construction or a related field is preferred. Candidates must demonstrate proficiency in construction documents, scheduling, cost control, and Microsoft Office applications.
