The caregiver will assist residents with daily living activities, including meal preparation, personal hygiene, and household maintenance. They are also responsible for documenting activities, administering medication, and facilitating social and recreational engagement.
Candidates must be at least 21 years old with a high school diploma or GED and a valid driver's license. At least 6 months of relevant experience working with the I/DD population is required.

We focus on each individual's unique needs and deliver the highest quality services possible by ensuring that each individual receives the right support, at the right time and frequency by a caring qualified staff member in the most independent setting appropriate.

Friendly and caring individuals who work with adults with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (I/DD) living in a residential home setting in Charlotte, NC.
What You'll Do:
Qualifications:
Job Type: Part-time
Hours: 30+ hours over the weekend (Fri-Sun)
Rate: $16.00 per hour (Earn over $500 per weekend)
Schedule: Friday 6pm - Sunday 6:30pm (every other weekend; overnight sleep stay Friday & Saturday is required)
*This position does not include pay for time spent sleeping during a shift.
Location: Hickory, NC 28601
