The Support Case Worker provides hands-on assistance to clients experiencing homelessness, including intake, meal provision, and intensive case management. They are responsible for responding to crisis situations, maintaining accurate client records, and ensuring a safe environment for all residents.
Candidates must hold an Associate Diploma in Community Services or equivalent experience and possess strong interpersonal and written communication skills. A current First Aid certificate, driver's licence, and Working with Children Check are required for this role.

Your Opportunity
Join Mission Australia’s Inner City Services and make a real impact in the lives of people experiencing homelessness. Our service provides immediate accommodation and intensive case management to support clients with complex needs, helping to break the cycle of homelessness. Operating 24/7 with capacity for up to 40 male clients, we are committed to creating pathways to stability and independence.
In this hands-on role, you will support clients in completing tasks outlined in their case plans, working collaboratively with our two site-based Case Workers to ensure they receive the guidance and assistance needed to progress towards their goals. Before starting work with us, you will need to undertake a national police history check, qualifications, and referee checks, and have a clearance to work with children/vulnerable people.
