The Senior Superintendent leads the homebuilding process by managing project schedules, budgets, and subcontractor relations to ensure quality and safety standards are met. They also oversee customer satisfaction, including managing the post-close warranty process and maintaining an orderly worksite.
Candidates must have at least 4 years of construction experience or equivalent training, with a high school diploma or GED required and a bachelor's degree preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to interpret construction documents and manage site operations are essential.
Job Description Summary
As a Senior Superintendent working for Taylor Morrison you will provide leadership in your assigned community and are responsible for managing the homebuilding process for assigned homes to ensure timely completion while meeting financial, quality, safety and customer satisfaction goals. The Senior Superintendent responsibilities span a broad spectrum to include project planning/scheduling, resource allocation and subcontractor and subcontractor relations, cost management, safety and compliance, quality and customer satisfaction.Job Details

Salary Range: $78,400 - $113,700
Bonus Eligible: Up to 20% Quarterly
Auto Allowance: $6000.00 per year
