They collaborate with vendors, project managers, and sales teams to produce competitive bids and identify cost-saving opportunities through value engineering.
Candidates should have 3-5 years of experience in HVAC estimating and proficiency in software such as Quick Bid, FastPIPE, and AutoCAD. A bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management is preferred.

Job Description:
The HVAC Estimator II is responsible for developing comprehensive cost estimates for HVAC projects, analyzing blueprints, and ensuring accurate labor and material pricing. This role requires experience in commercial and industrial HVAC estimating, as well as collaboration with project managers and vendors to produce competitive bids.
