Cookie Crew members are responsible for baking, packaging, and serving cookies while providing excellent hospitality to guests. They must also maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe bakery environment while accurately processing orders.
Candidates must be at least 18 years of age and capable of performing physical tasks such as standing for extended periods and lifting up to 30 pounds. The role requires the ability to obtain food safety certifications and work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

As a Cookie Crew Member, you're part baker, part hospitality expert, and part late-night hero. Whether you're welcoming guests into the bakery, pulling a fresh tray of cookies from the oven, or packing the perfect delivery order, you'll help create the experience that keeps our fans coming back night after night.
Our bakeries move fast, especially after the rest of the world has called it a night. Every shift is a team effort, and every warm cookie, friendly interaction, and perfectly packed order matters.

This position works in a fast-paced bakery environment that includes frequent interaction with guests, exposure to heat from ovens, refrigerated storage areas, cleaning chemicals, and moderate noise levels. Evening, late-night, weekend, and holiday shifts are a regular part of the business.
Our bakeries are busiest during evenings, late nights, weekends, and holidays. Team Members should have availability during these peak business hours. Scheduling needs vary by location.
