The Team Lead provides daily direction to associates regarding merchandise presentation, inventory control, and customer service activities. They are responsible for executing merchandising directives, managing staff schedules, and ensuring a productive shopping experience.
Candidates must have a high school diploma and 2 to 4 years of experience in retail sales, with supervisory experience being a plus. Proficiency in PC-based tools and the ability to analyze retail reports and calculate discounts is required.
