Position Summary

Epic Asset Management is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Leasing Consultant to join our team and help shape memorable experiences for our residents. We pride ourselves on fostering vibrant communities through exceptional customer service, innovative marketing, and a commitment to excellence.


Key Responsibilities

Leasing & Customer Experience

  • Serve as the first point of contact for prospective residents by providing engaging property tours and highlighting community features and benefits.
  • Conduct virtual and in-person tours while maintaining a professional and welcoming demeanor.
  • Ensure a seamless move-in experience, confirm apartments are in pristine, move-in ready condition, and prepare all necessary documents.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to resident concerns, striving for solutions that enhance resident satisfaction.
  • Drive leasing goals by maintaining a high lease-to-tour conversion ratio and implementing creative marketing strategies.

Marketing & Community Engagement

  • Utilize online platforms, including social media and property websites, to market available units effectively.
  • Stay informed on market trends and competitor activities to develop innovative marketing approaches.
  • Organize and participate in community events to foster resident engagement and satisfaction.
  • Promote the property through diverse advertising channels and community outreach programs.

Administrative Excellence

  • Accurately complete and process all leasing documents, ensuring compliance with company policies and applicable regulations.
  • Manage resident and prospect information using property management software (Yardi, OneSite, or similar).
  • Perform daily inspections of community spaces, ensuring they meet company standards for cleanliness and appeal.
  • Organize and maintain up-to-date resident files and office records.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Prior experience in leasing, property management, or sales is preferred but not required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and familiarity with property management software is a plus (e.g., Yardi, OneSite, or similar).
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and rapport with diverse populations.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
  • A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required for community tours and outreach activities.

Physical Requirements

  • This role requires regular mobility, including standing, walking, and occasional bending or lifting of up to 25 pounds.
  • Team members must adhere to safety protocols and maintain a professional appearance at all times.
