We are looking for a dedicated and experienced General Manager to oversee the overall operations of our Minuteman Convenience store. As an hourly General Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales, ensuring excellent customer service, managing the store team, and achieving business targets. This hourly position will manage one of our emerging locations with annual insides sales less than $900k. Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field. Relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
Proven experience as a Store Manager, Retail Manager, or similar leadership role in the retail industry.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, motivate, and develop a diverse team.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage with customers, employees, and stakeholders.
Demonstrated ability to drive sales growth and achieve business targets.
Sound business acumen with a strong understanding of retail operations, inventory management, and visual merchandising.
Proficiency in using computer systems, point-of-sale (POS) software, and other retail-related tools.
Knowledge of labor laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple responsibilities effectively.
