The Account Executive is responsible for generating new business revenue by prospecting and building relationships with real estate and mortgage professionals. They will also consult with clients to analyze insurance needs and provide custom risk mitigation solutions.
Candidates must pass a state licensing exam and be legally authorized to work in the United States. Strong communication, organizational skills, and a competitive, self-motivated mindset are required for success in this fast-paced environment.

Compensation Summary
The first year’s earnings potential ranges from $53,000 - $90,000, varying based on performance. Our compensation package slightly varies by agency but offers uncapped new business commissions and renewal commissions year-over-year. Renewal commissions provide passive earnings and can exponentially increase your annualized income. Additionally, top performers can qualify for an annual President’s Club trip.
