The Risk Advisor is responsible for identifying prospective clients and selling tailored Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial insurance products. They must maintain long-term client relationships and consistently exceed sales objectives while ensuring compliance.
Candidates should ideally have over one year of experience in sales, customer service, or insurance. A Property & Casualty or Life & Health license is preferred, along with strong communication and organizational skills.

Discover and connect with prospective clients, converting leads into enduring policies
Consult with clients on their unique risks and recommend tailored insurance strategies
Sell and cross-sell Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial insurance products
Establish and nurture long-term client relationships by offering ongoing expertise and support
Consistently surpass sales objectives while maintaining compliance standards
Keep up-to-date with evolving insurance products and industry guidelines
Leverage CRM systems to manage prospects, follow-ups, and renewals
Actively contribute to team meetings and innovative sales initiatives
1+ year of sales, customer service, or insurance experience preferred
Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
Comfortable initiating outreach and expertly closing sales
Highly organized, coachable, and self-motivated
Strong time management abilities
Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health license preferred (or commitment to obtain)
Bilingual candidates highly encouraged to apply
